Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Castlewood, Nottinghamshire, holds over 250 employees. Each and every member of the Parker Knoll team play a vital part in the development of the brand and are the foundation of the next 150 years for Parker Knoll. We are proud of each function within the business, and each play an important role in our mission to design and develop the best of British sofas and chairs that provide the ultimate comfort experience.

Our manufacturing facility includes our complete production line, from upholstery teams to machinists and frame technicians, to sales, customer service, and our designers, together ensuring the seamless production of every single piece that leaves our factory every day.

Where do your passions lie?

UPHOLSTERY

Our team of upholsterers are highly skilled in producing quality furniture. We look for people who have good attention to detail, who can work to the highest quality standards and thrive in working as part of a team.

WOODMILL

Our in-house team are responsible for machining and assembling frames in preparation for production. As well as experience in joinery we look for people with a positive attitude who can work in a fast paced environment whilst still maintaining quality standards.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Our design and development team are passionate about developing the finest furniture for the future, whilst maintaining the heritage of the brand. With design backgrounds, we look for people who are innovative and creative with a commercial awareness of design and market requirements.

SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Supporting the retail network and all our consumers, our team within sales and customer support deliver excellent service which we are very proud of here at Parker Knoll. We look for individuals who are results driven and can develop the Parker Knoll brand.

HR, FINANCE & IT

As with all companies, we require administration functions to ensure the Parker Knoll business runs efficiently. Within our finance, IT and HR functions we look for people who are team players, good communicators and possess strong commercial awareness.

MARKETING

Delivering the brand strategy, our Marketing team are creative with strong project management skills, delivering an exciting range of marketing materials, trade shows and PR.
